The course covers whole foods, calorie density, essential nutrients, fermented foods, dairy and meat alternatives, meal prepping, and SO MUCH MORE!

Resources include a database of nutritious recipes, sample meal planners, and lots of fun tasks to try out at home.

To benefit fully from this course, we strongly encourage you to complete it over the space of 4 weeks.

Each week will provide you with the opportunity to consolidate your learning through 1-to-1 coaching from your tutor.

Altogether, you will have 4 support sessions, which you can take whenever you are able. If possible, it is best to align each session alongside the appropriate week of the course material.

Whilst you’re under no obligation to finish by a certain date and can progress through the course whenever it is convenient for you, we recommend completing it within the 4 weeks to ensure you are getting the most out of this course.

If you are transitioning to a vegan diet, then the more you know about nutrition before you start, the more likely you will prevent any deficiencies or negative side effects.

You can study from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a compatible digital device and a decent internet connection.

If you pay for support, you will be sent an email with direct contact information for your tutor.

For those who have not paid for the support option or those requiring general assistance, there is a chat box in the bottom right-hand corner of the website and customer service will endeavour to assist you themselves or put you in touch with your tutor if required.

Please note that customer service is not available 24/7 but we will try our best to respond within 1 working day.

If you change your mind about a course you purchased with us, you have 14 days with which to cancel it.

However, you will be charged a small admin fee of £10 and must pay for the value of the service that has been provided to you. In other words, if you have progressed through the course, then you will be refunded a proportionate sum minus the admin fee.
