Alice has a diverse background in public health and disease, communications, and international development. A woman with many academic interests, she has a passion for plant-based living, travelling, conservation, and has a slight obsession with fungi and other microbes.
As well as making an appearance on BBC News, Alice’s work has been published in national scientific journals, print magazines, and on popular web-based news channels. When she’s not gallivanting around the world, you can find her in the kitchen experimenting with her ferments!

After studying Politics at university, Lucy surprised everyone by embarking on her career as a vegan chef. Her work took her to London and then the more exotic climes of Vietnam, where she started up a thriving vegan food business selling spring rolls to the Vietnamese. A brave venture, indeed!
It was in Asia that Lucy discovered SEO and digital marketing, which helped her to successfully grow her own online vegan businesses. But this wasn’t enough for her and Lucy decided she wanted to teach others to achieve the same. Together, we can build a plant-based world!
